Revved Up: The Iron Circuit is an animated short by Ian Minshull. Built over five years between work and family life, frame by frame, with no studio backing.
For years, I’ve poured my creativity into building stories, visuals, and experiences for other people while balancing the responsibility of supporting a family. This film marks a reminder that creating something deeply personal isn’t a luxury for an artist. It’s necessary, because somewhere inside the exhaustion of creating, there still has to be a piece of yourself that remains your own.
What started as a passion project became an internationally recognized work, now screening at some of the world's most prestigious animation and film festivals.
